As this is solely a B2B wholesale platform, all orders are non-refundable and all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. Please ensure you carefully review your order details, including styles, colours and sizes before completing your order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if there are any discrepancies, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This must be done within 3 days of delivery. If we aren't notified within 3 days, unfortunately we will not be able to investigate damages and issues within your bulk purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations

If an order has been placed in error, or there is a need for cancellation, this can be requested by emailing sales@unbndblanks.com - please note, all blank orders would need to be cancelled within 3 hours of the order being placed only if the order hasn't already been dispatched and customised order cancellations would need to be requested within 48 hours of the order being placed.
